We feature (‘ard) on our site the products we intend to sell (bay’) and generally have them in stock. You are deemed to have offered (ijab) to purchase products from us by ordering via our checkout process. We will send you an order acknowledgement by email, detailing the products you have ordered. Our acceptance (qabul) of an order only takes place when we despatch the order to you. When we despatch the order the purchase contract between us will be completed, even if your payment has been processed in advance, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order. We may refuse to accept (qabul) an order:

• Where goods are not available
• Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
• If there has been a pricing or product description error
• If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions

Drop shipping

In the event that we do not have certain products in stock, we may have a drop shipping contract with a supplier. In this case, your order and payment via our checkout process will be deemed as an advance purchase (bay’ salam) of those products from us instead. You will receive an order acknowledgement from us by email as normal, detailing the products you have ordered. This will constitute acceptance (qabul) of your offer. We will then source the products from our suppliers and instruct them to dispatch the products to you. The time frame for processing the order in this way is usually the same as when they are dispatched from our facility. Our site contains sufficient details for all our products to satisfy the conditions of an advance purchase (salam) contract and ensure customers make an educated choice when placing their order.
